Pre-Press

Preparing your job for printing is just another part of our services at Saptagiri. Let us take your ideas and design your project. We have available a large variety of graphics, fonts, and pictures or we can work from your pre-designed images, Conventional - giving us copy, photos, artboards, positives or Electronic - using computer generated originals, transferred by disk. If you use an outside source or your own designer, let us discuss directly with him or her, prior to the design, our capabilities and format.

Saptagiri is driven by information technology. Nearly all of our printing and packaging jobs are generated from digital artwork that require us to be a leader in prepress technology.

We rapidly process files by using Scitex image setter I CTP to RIP and output on film I plate. We are able to produce color proofs quickly for your approval.

Press

After graphic pre-press and structural design, your job is ready for "on press". The press room is where all the elements of your order come to life. An interactive process between Saptagiri and its customers assures certain approvals be given before the order is ready to print. With over 15 years in the folding carton business, Saptagiri has developed a set of manufacturing procedures designed to correct errors before they go to print.
Saptagiri's printing equipment is one of its largest investments. Our 6- color process work is unparalleled in reproducing appetizing images of food products. Also, we are unsurpassed in printing images of people. Experience in the Personal Care and Health & Beauty markets gives Saptagiri Packaging an overwhelming advantage in the graphic reproduction and color matching of hair and skin tones. Our unique ability to accurately print these very challenging images has resulted in double digit growth in these markets. With a vast array of presses, operated by a team of experienced pressmen, we can handle a large volume of print jobs. Whether it's single color, two color, four or six color process, our quality excels above the rest.

Post Press

In producing quality folding cartons, it's not enough to print high quality graphics on paperboard. Saptagiri Packaging takes steps to ensure a carton will perform to your every expectation when it arrives at your production facility. Folding carton performance is based on the combination of precise die-cutting, scoring and gluing. High speed cartoning and filling equipment requires accurately die-cut cartons.

In the final steps of manufacturing, die cut blanks are loaded onto our high speed gluing equipment for final inspection and finishing. The final product is your package, perfectly printed and packed in custom corrugated cases for shipment to your production facility. We know your retail packaging is often the consumers' first impression of your company. We have taken every measure to ensure that your carton looks and performs its best on the filling line as well as on the store shelf.
